Delete your Ai Bee account

Follow these steps to request that your Ai Bee account and associated data are deleted. This applies to accounts created through the Ai Bee mobile app on Google Play and the Ai Bee web app.

1. 1Open your email app and send a message to hello@beelabai.com.
2. 2Use the subject line Ai Bee account deletion request.
3. 3Include the email address you use to sign in to Ai Bee (Google, Facebook, or email/password). Optionally include your workspace name.
4. 4We will verify that you own the account (we may ask you to confirm from the same email or provide additional details), then delete the account and associated data as described below.
5. 5You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete, or an explanation if any data must be retained for a limited period for legal, security, or billing reasons.

Typical processing time: 2–5 business days after we verify your request.

When your account deletion request is approved, we permanently delete or disconnect the following (as applicable to your account):

• Your user account (email, display name, sign-in identifiers, profile information)
• Workspaces you own, including agent configuration, AI training / knowledge base content, website sources, auto-reply settings, and related workspace settings
• Connected social accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram, WhatsApp Business links) and stored access tokens for those connections
• Inbox-related records, meetings, notifications, usage logs, and scheduled content tied to owned workspaces
• Device sessions, push notification tokens (FCM), and mobile auth codes associated with your user
• Workspace geolocation (GeoJSON Point) stored for owned workspaces, if previously captured
• Support chat threads and messages associated with your user
• Your membership in any workspaces you do not own (you are removed as a member; those workspaces remain for their owners)

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required or permitted by law:

• Billing and payment records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution (kept only as long as legally required)
• Security and audit logs that do not require your full account profile to remain (for abuse prevention and system integrity)
• Backup copies that may persist for up to 30 days before being overwritten or purged from backup systems
• Data belonging to other users or workspaces (for example, messages a customer sent to a business that still uses Ai Bee, or workspaces you joined but did not own)

After the retention period ends, remaining backup copies are deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course of backup rotation.

• Export any information you need (FAQs, knowledge base text, billing invoices) before requesting deletion.
• If you only want to disconnect Facebook or Instagram from Ai Bee without deleting your Ai Bee account, use Meta's Apps and Websites settings, or see our Meta data deletion page.
• Uninstalling the Ai Bee app from your device does not delete your account. You must request deletion using the steps above.
