By accessing or using AI BEE Social AI Agent, owned and operated by MARKETING BEE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Permission is granted to temporarily use the AI BEE platform for personal or commercial social media management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the platform's proprietary AI models;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on AI BEE;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• Use the agent to distribute spam or malicious content.

AI BEE integrates with Meta (Facebook) APIs on behalf of MARKETING BEE. Your use of these integrations is also governed by Meta's own Terms and Policies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Meta account and all activities that occur under your authorized Pages.

The materials on AI BEE are provided on an 'as is' basis. AI BEE makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall AI BEE or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the AI BEE platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
