  • Stored access tokens that were used to operate the app
  • Webhook event history and related activity logs, when applicable
  • Agent settings, configurations, and response templates tied to your account

2. How To Request Deletion Through Meta

This is the recommended Meta-standard method for deleting your data:

  1. 1Go to your Facebook profile settings and open Apps and Websites.
  2. 2Find AI BEE Social AI Agent in the list of connected apps and click Remove.
  3. 3Once Meta notifies us of the removal, we will process the deletion request for the data stored by our app.

3. Direct Deletion Request

If you cannot use Meta's app removal flow, send a deletion request by email. Include your Meta user ID, Page ID, or WhatsApp Business account information if you have it.

4. Retention And Limits
