This app is an independent product of MARKETING BEE and is not owned, operated, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta. We only use Meta platform data and permissions that you authorize for the operation of this app. This privacy policy is written specifically for the AI BEE Social AI Agent Meta app and is provided so Meta reviewers and users can clearly connect the policy to the app and the business that owns it.

Access tokens and permission scopes required to maintain each connection
WhatsApp Business Account configuration, phone numbers, and message templates (whatsapp_business_management)
WhatsApp messages, webhook events, media attachments, and metadata (whatsapp_business_messaging)

5. WhatsApp Business Platform Data

Ai Bee may process WhatsApp Business Platform Data when you connect your WhatsApp Business account to our service through our WhatsApp OAuth flow, webhook endpoints, and message delivery features. In our server, this data can be received and processed through endpoints such as `/api/whatsapp/auth/callback`, `/api/whatsapp/webhook`, and WhatsApp message sending services. This may include:

WhatsApp Business Account information
Phone numbers
Message content
Media attachments
Message metadata
Business profile information
Template information
Webhook events

We use this data only for customer communication, automation, AI assistance, analytics, and platform functionality. This includes processing inbound WhatsApp messages, optionally generating AI-assisted replies, sending messages through the WhatsApp Cloud API, and reading profile or connection details needed to keep the integration working. We do not use WhatsApp Business Platform Data for unrelated purposes.

6. How We Use Information

We use this information only for the following purposes:

To provide the AI BEE Social AI Agent service
To connect and manage your authorized Meta assets, Pages, and Business Portfolio
To send automated or AI-assisted replies to Page inbox messages and WhatsApp messages on your behalf
To read visitor comments and posts on your Page and send AI-generated comment replies when you enable that feature
To process webhook events and keep your integrations working correctly
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot product issues
To comply with Meta Platform Terms, applicable law, and user deletion requests

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share data in the following limited situations:

With Meta, when needed to perform the authorized integration

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following sub-processors to operate Ai Bee. Each processes data only on our behalf, under contract, and only for the operational purposes described in this policy. All of them process data in the United States of America.

Groq, Inc. (United States) - Purpose: AI text generation and voice-message transcription used to draft and assist replies
Google LLC — Gemini API (United States) - Purpose: generating text embeddings so the AI can search your knowledge base (retrieval-augmented replies)
MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB, Inc.) (United States) - Purpose: encrypted database storage of account, configuration, and message data
Vercel Inc. (United States) - Purpose: cloud hosting of the application and the API endpoints that receive Meta webhook events
Stripe, Inc. (United States) - Purpose: subscription billing and payment processing (billing data only; Stripe does not receive Meta message content)

These providers process data only on our behalf and only for the operational purposes described in this policy. We do not sell data to, or allow independent use of data by, any sub-processor.

9. Data Storage, Retention and Security

We store only the data needed to operate the service. We protect data using access controls, encryption of access tokens at rest, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and limited internal access. Access tokens are revoked and deleted when you disconnect your Meta account.

Retention: message and webhook data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and is deleted or anonymized within 90 days of the data no longer being needed, or sooner upon a deletion request. When you disconnect a Meta account or delete your account, the associated Meta Platform Data (access tokens, Page/WhatsApp identifiers, and message history) is deleted within 30 days, except where a limited record must be retained to meet a legal or security obligation.

You can disconnect your Meta account or revoke permissions in Meta settings at any time
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us
You can ask us to delete information associated with your account after use ends
