Terms of Service for AI BEE Social AI Agent

By accessing or using AI BEE Social AI Agent, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the app or its Meta integrations.

AI BEE Social AI Agent is a social automation and customer engagement tool. You may use the app only for lawful business and personal account management purposes consistent with Meta policies and these terms.

• Do not use the app to send spam, abuse, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app or its systems.
• Do not use the app in a way that violates Meta Platform Terms or community standards.

The app integrates with Meta products and APIs, including Facebook Pages, Meta Business Portfolio management, and WhatsApp Business features where authorized. Specific capabilities include reading and sending Page inbox messages, reading visitor posts and comments on your Page, posting AI-generated comment replies, and managing your WhatsApp Business Account and messaging. Your Meta account, permissions, and content remain subject to Meta's own terms and policies. You are responsible for the security of the accounts and pages you connect.

You are responsible for the information, messages, and other content you provide to the app or authorize the app to process. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use the connected Meta assets and to allow AI BEE Social AI Agent to process platform data on your behalf.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time if needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARKETING BEE disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARKETING BEE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption arising from use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over the app owner's location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
