Terms of Service for Google Sign-In

By accessing or using Ai Bee, including by clicking "Sign in with Google," you agree to these Terms, our Google Privacy Policy, and our general Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Google Sign-In or the Service.

Ai Bee is a social automation and customer engagement platform. Google Sign-In is offered so you can create and access an Ai Bee account using your Google Account. Google Sign-In is used for authentication and basic profile identification only (account ID, name, email, and profile picture), as disclosed in our Google Privacy Policy.

Ai Bee is an independent product of MARKETING BEE. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's terms and policies. Google may revoke or suspend our access to Google API Services if we or our users violate Google policies; that may affect your ability to sign in with Google.

When you authorize Ai Bee via Google OAuth, you represent that:

• You are authorized to grant access to the Google Account you use
• You understand which Google data we request and why (see the Google Privacy Policy)
• You will not use Ai Bee to violate Google's terms, policies, or applicable law
• You will not attempt to abuse, scrape, or circumvent Google Sign-In or our OAuth implementation

You may revoke Ai Bee's access to your Google Account at any time in Google Account permissions.

You may use Ai Bee and Google Sign-In only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

• Do not use the Service to send spam, abuse, or deceptive content
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Service or its systems
• Do not misrepresent your identity or the purpose of your Google authorization
• Do not use Google Sign-In in a way that enables others to violate the Google APIs Terms of Service or Google policies

We request only the Google OAuth scopes necessary for Sign-In (profile / openid and email). We will not access Google user data for undisclosed purposes. If we introduce new Google scopes or new uses of Google user data, we will update our disclosures and obtain any required consent before those uses begin.

How we access, use, store, share, and delete Google user data is described in our Google Privacy Policy. By using Google Sign-In, you acknowledge that policy. We commit to handling Google user data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy for the scopes we request.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account and any Ai Bee account credentials derived from Sign-In. Notify us promptly at hello@marketingbeebd.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate access to Ai Bee, including Google Sign-In, if you violate these Terms, our policies, Google's policies, or applicable law, or if Google revokes our API access. You may stop using Google Sign-In at any time by revoking access in your Google Account and/or deleting your Ai Bee account.

Ai Bee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARKETING BEE disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Google Sign-In will be uninterrupted or error-free, including where interruptions result from Google service changes or policy enforcement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARKETING BEE and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of Ai Bee or Google Sign-In.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this public page and update the Last Updated date. Continued use of Google Sign-In after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law or Google policy.
